I had the pleasure of being one of the four sub-committee members that recommended McKenna Management to run the New England Society of Association Executives. I was also an officer of NESAE's Board of Director's when she started and had the opportunity to work closely with her. Four years later the results speak for themselves, dramatic increase in membership, volunteer activity, attendance at events, number of annual events/activities, quality of the events/activities, and NESAE's net assets. I highly recommend McKenna Management to run your association.

I want to congratulate you on the fine work you are doing.
John Rauseo always said the toughest job was running an association for association executives and I would agree.
But you have made it look easy and very professional.

Ms McKenna –
I would like to share with you some feedback about the SASA conference held at Turning Stone Casino & Inn in Verona, NY, this week. Specifically, I’d like to compliment the exceptional work done by Soula Spaziani.
From the very beginning of the event, Soula stood out as a positive, warm, and dynamic greeter. She was helpful and attentive during the entire conference. In particular, her constant smile and genuine willingness to guide us were defining characteristics of the experience. Everything pertaining to this conference was well-organized (communications, logistics, etc.) Attendees didn’t have to give a second thought to anything the entire time, and Soula was a major reason for this positive experience. (For clarity and to be fair, Soula’s colleague was helpful and on top of things, as well. I am writing you because Soula’s work and presence were indeed exceptional.)
My previous career was in public school administration, which included my organizing and/or overseeing events like community fairs, homecoming weekends, multi-school professional development conferences, etc. As such, I can relate to the need to cover the million-and-one details, and the value of being 100% positive and helpful 100% of the time. Soula was all of that and more. She made this event smooth and worthwhile for those of us in attendance. In my opinion, she exceeded all expectations for great attitude, hospitality, and enthusiasm.
I’m sure that others have the same opinion of Soula’s work this week, and I hope some of them will take the time to share that input with you.
I have no doubt that, if I attend future events that your organization plans, I’ll encounter the same positive experience.
Best wishes for 2010.
Thank you.

Hi Karen,
I wanted to briefly comment on how professional the communication has been with respect to the Massachusetts Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP) Honors and Awards Banquet.
The “Event Reminder” with a link to every possible option is greatly appreciated.
The periodic times that I correspond with McKenna Management, responses have been timely and professional.
My sincere thanks for the support McKenna Management has brought to MSHP.
