Andrew Cronin Finn, MSc, MBA, an Executive Director at McKenna Management, was recently chosen to participate in the American Society of Association Executives' (ASAE) NextGen Association Summit.
The NextGen Association Summit is a place where leading young association professionals and established association thought leaders come together to specifically focus on the state of young professionals in associations and the association community. This program will engage participants in meaningful conversations about the unique needs, perspectives, and interests of young professionals, trends facing the association industry, and the role of young professionals in the association community. Through rich conversation, these diverse leaders will document insights to develop new association practices that help associations to better engage and serve young professionals.
"I'm honored to have the opportunity to contribute to the important conversation about young professionals in the association community," said Andrew. "I'm looking forward to applying the insights I'll gain at this program to helping my clients effectively engage the next generation of members, volunteers, and leaders."
ASAE's NexGen Association Summit is a competitively-selected program for approximately 25 young professionals with demonstrated leadership potential. Participants represent some of the brightest and most active association professionals under the age of 35. For additional information about the program, click here.
