McKenna Management is growing! 

McKenna Management is an accredited Association Management Company (AMC) that provides nonprofit associations with both full-service management and project management services. We provide services to clients with diverse member populations including physicians, nurses, higher education professionals, senior business executives, interior designers, nutrition professionals, and others. We are pleased to also be the AMC for our own industry's association: The New England Society of Association Executives. We offer creative and effective solutions to help associations be the best that they can be!

We are bringing on new clients and are looking for the best and brightest to help us achieve our mission of providing the highest quality customized services to help fulfill our association clients' needs.

Internship Opportunities

As an intern at McKenna Management, you’ll:

  • Build your resume with valuable office experience
  • Practice what you’ve learned in school while working on projects in customer service, communications, events, data management, and more.
  • Demonstrate your technical abilities in the Microsoft Suite and learn how to use new tools like Survey Monkey, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Canva, the YourMembership system, and more.
  • Learn about the exciting and fast-paced industry of nonprofit association management. 
  • Work directly with our team of diverse professionals, including our company's President & Vice President, Executive Directors, Program Coordinators, and Meeting Planners.
  • Earn $14 per hour - part-time (15-20 hours per week) and full-time (30-40 hours per week) internships available.
